RatingEcho
Every rating, amplified.
Capture every diner's opinion at the table. Turn the satisfied ones into public Google reviews, catch complaints privately before they go online, and respond with AI replies and loyalty coupons. Built for independent restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens.
What RatingEcho does
- QR-code feedback capture. A diner scans the code on the table and rates their meal in under fifteen seconds. No app to install, no account, no login.
- Automatic Google review invites. Every diner who rated you gets a WhatsApp or SMS invite to post publicly, in their own words.
- AI-drafted review replies. Replies drafted in your language and tone, always shown to you before anything is published.
- Live guest requests at the table. Diners add comments or requests during their session — they appear to you instantly with notifications so you can respond before they leave.
- Digital menu with QR table ordering. Diners order from their phone; several people at one table can join the same session with a four-digit OTP and share one bill.
- Kitchen display, billing and analytics. Orders reach the kitchen screen, bills close at the table, and the dashboard shows what is actually driving ratings.
- Loyalty coupons. A discount you set, issued automatically to diners who come back.
How it works
- Add your restaurant and print a QR code for each table.
- Diners scan and rate — most venues are collecting feedback within ten minutes of signing up.
- Happy diners are invited to review publicly; unhappy ones reach you privately.
- Reply, fix, and watch your rating move.

Questions owners ask
Do my diners need to install anything?
No. The QR code opens in the phone's browser. There is no app to download, no account to create, and no login.
Will this get me fake or bought reviews?
No. RatingEcho never writes or buys reviews. It asks real diners who really ate with you, and only invites them to post publicly if they were genuinely happy. Everything a customer posts is their own words.
What happens when someone has a bad experience?
Ratings below your threshold never get a public review invite. They land in your dashboard privately, so you hear about the cold soup before the internet does.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Not to start. Feedback capture and loyalty work without one. You need it when you want review invites to point at your Google listing.
What does RatingEcho access when I connect Google?
Only your Business Profile's reviews. Connecting grants permission to read reviews on your listing and post replies to them — nothing else in your Google account, no billing, no ads, no other data. It's entirely optional, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.
